Wang Ya, graduate as an undergraduate in HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communications and Creative Industries. and her master's degree from the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has won the Wooden Pencil Award of Yellow Pencil D&AD New Blood Award, Graphic Design Award of Lancashire Art And Design Festival, Kan Tai-Keung Design Award, Taiwan Golden Dot Award and other critical international and domestic professional design awards. In 2019, She joined HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communications and Creative Industries as a teacher. She is mainly engaged in teaching and researching Graphic design and interaction design.
